整个流程需要多久？ How long does the whole process take?
从首次沟通到家具到家，通常 2-4 个月。其中来佛山看厂只需要 3 天，其余时间我们远程跟进生产和物流。 From the first consultation to furniture arriving at your home, it usually takes 2-4 months. The Foshan visit takes about 3 days; after that, we manage production and logistics remotely.
我必须亲自来佛山吗？ Do I have to come to Foshan in person?
推荐来一次，3 天实地看货、摸材质、定方案，我们全程专车接送。如果实在无法前来，也可以通过视频连线远程看厂。 We recommend one 3-day visit to see products, feel materials, and confirm the plan in person. Private car service is included throughout. If you cannot travel, we can also arrange remote factory visits by video.
2000 元意向金可以抵扣吗？ Can the RMB 2,000 deposit be applied to the service fee?
可以。意向金用于启动需求对接和选品准备，后续签约时直接抵扣服务费，不是额外收费。 Yes. It covers the initial requirements review and sourcing preparation. If you proceed, it is applied directly to your service fee and is not charged separately.
海外物流怎么解决？ How do you handle overseas shipping?
我们有长期合作的船运渠道，负责装箱、报关、发运全流程。目前已服务澳洲、东南亚、欧美等 10+ 国家的客户。 We work with long-term ocean freight partners and coordinate packing, customs clearance, and shipping for clients in 10+ countries.

买到的家具有质量问题怎么办？ What if there are quality issues?
发货前我们到厂逐件验货、拍照确认。到货后如有破损或质量问题，觅宅负责与工厂协调退换或维修，直到问题解决。 Before shipping, we inspect every piece at the factory and confirm with photos. If anything arrives damaged or has quality issues, MZ.CASA coordinates returns, replacements, or repairs with the factory until the issue is resolved.
你们的工厂价比市场价便宜多少？ How much cheaper are factory prices than retail?
根据品类不同，出厂价通常是市场零售价的 30%-60%。具体节省金额可以直接咨询，获取针对你预算的对比方案。 Depending on the category, factory prices are usually 30%-60% of retail. Ask us directly and we can prepare a comparison based on your budget.
我这种情况适合找觅宅吗？ Is MZ.CASA right for my situation?
更适合预算 10-30 万、需要全屋家具和软装整体落地的客户。我们的价值是把预算、风格、选品路线、下单和后续协调串成一个完整项目。 MZ.CASA is best for whole-home clients with a RMB 100K-300K budget who need furniture and soft furnishings delivered as one project. We connect budget, style, sourcing routes, orders, and follow-up coordination into one managed process.
只买一两件家具，也适合找你们吗？ Is MZ.CASA suitable if I only need one or two pieces?
如果只是单买 1-2 件家具，自己逛或直接线上购买通常更合适。觅宅更适合全屋采购和整体落地。 If you only need one or two pieces, shopping on your own or buying online is usually more suitable. MZ.CASA is designed for whole-home sourcing and overall implementation.
你们和普通导购有什么区别？ How are you different from a regular shopping guide?
普通导购更多是带你逛店。觅宅会先根据户型、预算和风格做选品方向，并协助核对材质、尺寸、价格、合同、验货、物流和售后沟通。 A regular guide mainly takes you around stores. MZ.CASA starts with your floor plan, budget, and style direction, then helps check materials, dimensions, pricing, contracts, inspections, logistics, and after-sales communication.
已有设计方案和没有方案，服务方式一样吗？ Is the service different if I already have a design plan?
不一样。已有方案或采购清单的客户，可以直接进入选品校准和采购执行；没有方案的客户，建议先做软装或全案方案。 Yes, it is different. If you already have a plan or shopping list, we can move straight into sourcing calibration and procurement execution. If you do not have a plan, we recommend starting with soft furnishing or full-scope design.

Our standalone design center includes a cafe, custom whole-home woodwork, curtains and rugs, and furniture fabric selection areas, providing global clients with end-to-end service from design to delivery.
